What does everyone think about the Kodak Easyshare Z981?

I was looking at the Nikon D3000 and fell in love with it , yet the camera is like 650$ . I found a Kodak Easyshare Z981 and almost fell in love with that one as well and its only 350$ . I know , of course the Nikon is better but look at the price difference
