How do I put a password on my Sandisk 8GB Cruzer?

I want to put a password on my Sandisk Cruzer 8GB but how do I do it? I don't want anyone to be able to look at my pictures, files and stuff since most of them are best kept unseen. How do I put a password on it? Thanks.

You have a Sandisk Cruzer install U3 on it. Then set up a password. It should keep your everyday data thief.
